Physically, anger can cause an increase in tension and of stress level as well as a faster heart rate.<\/p>\n

WHAT TO DO WITH ANGER?<\/strong><\/p>\n

There are several strategies for managing anger such as deep breathing, reflecting on negative thoughts, meditation, physical exercise, verbally expressing feelings appropriately, recognizing the source of anger, and resolving conflicts in a constructive manner.
