Anger is a strong emotion that can arise when we feel upset or unfairly treated. We may feel our heart beating fast and have the urge to scream or destruct.
WHAT TO DO WITH ANGER?
When we are angry, it’s important not to harm others or break things. We can time-out to calm down, talk to a trusted adult, draw or write about our feelings, play outside, exercise or try to breathe slowly. It’s normal to feel anger, but it’s important to manage it in a positive way and remember that it will pass.
