FAQ

The labyrinth is a great activity to do with the whole family, especially for the 1 km and 2 km courses. The 5 km course of about 2.5 hours is too long for most young children, but perfect for your teenagers. As for the pick-your own activity, we strongly invite you to come and pick pumpkins with the kids and even the grandparents. By purchasing your ticket, you are confirming that you are able to undertake this activity with full knowledge of the facts. You agree to take an active role and adopt a preventive attitude for yourself and those around you. Ensure to bring water and snacks in sufficient quantities as well as sun protection and a hat!

Yes, as no tickets will be sold on site. Only ticket holders will have access to the site. Tickets can be purchased online here.

You may change the date of your reservation only if you have purchased the flex or weather option when you purchased your tickets. To do so simply log into our online ticket booth.

Activities are held rain or shine, except in the event of a severe thunderstorm. Plan to bring a windbreaker or raincoat and possibly hiking boots or rain boots if cooler weather or rain is in the forecast. To find out if the event is taking place, check our Facebook page for any cancellations from management.

We ask that you arrive at the Farm at least ten minutes prior to your departure. If you arrive late, by less than 30 minutes, we will have you leave as soon as it is safe and possible.

All the people in a group must start the activity at the same time. You will have to wait for them or start the activity without them. If latecomers arrive 30 minutes or less after their reservation time, they will be allowed to leave as soon as we determine that it is safe and possible to do so. However, they will not be able to join you on the course.

The course surface in the fields is not level and suitable for strollers or wheelchairs. We apologize for this, it is the nature of the activity. However, if you want to bring a baby, we strongly recommend a backpack style baby carrier or a single width all-terrain stroller if you would like to avoid a gym training session! 😉 .

Pets (dogs, cats, etc.) are not allowed on the site for either the labyrinth or the pick-up. They cannot be left unattended in the car while you are doing the activity, as there is a danger of heat stroke, even with the windows open. We strongly recommend to leave the pets where they are most comfortable: at home! Only assistance dogs are permitted.

There are chemical toilets at the entrance to the site.

Yes, bring a blanket as there are no picnic tables. There will be bottled water available for purchase near the front desk.

Yes, in fact you are encouraged to do so. However, be sure not to hold up the group or linger in one place for more than a few minutes to avoid crowding. Feel free to share them with us on our Facebook and Instagram! 😉
