When we feel bored, we experience sadness and a lack of energy. We have nothing special to do, and it feels like time stands still.

 

WHAT TO DO WITH BOREDOM?

Fortunately, there are many things to do to avoid boredom. We can play with friends, draw, read a book, play outside, do sports, learn a new activity, or simply rest. The important thing is to find what we enjoy and do something that helps us feel better. We can also ask someone to help us find a fun activity to do.
