Anxiety

Anxiety is a feeling that often occurs when we are afraid or worried about something that could happen. We may feel our heart beating very fast or have butterflies in our stomach.

 

WHAT TO DO ABOUT ANXIETY?

If you are feeling anxious, it is important to remember that it is normal and there are ways to help you feel better. You can try deep breathing, do relaxing activities such as coloring or listening to music, or talk to a trusted adult who can listen to you and give you advice.
