Sadness

Sadness is an emotion that can be felt after a disappointing event, a loss, or simply due to a lack of personal satisfaction. Sadness can cause a sense of isolation, despair, and demotivation.

It is necessary to confront sadness to overcome it. To do so, some strategies proposed include: discussing with a friend or mental health professional, exercising, practicing gratitude, pursuing activities that bring pleasure, and practicing meditation. By learning to consciously manage sadness, one can regain a sense of hope and personal fulfillment.
